Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We offer the following shipping options:

• Free domestic shipping via insured USPS Priority Mail.
• Next-Day air shipping (next business day afternoon) for $35.00.

We aspire to ship every order within 2 business days. If there is any unforeseen delay, we will notify you immediately. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information and estimated delivery date.  If you have special delivery instructions or have any questions about the shipment of your order, please feel free to contact us at info@elizabethdahl.com.

International Orders

Presently, we only offer US domestic shipping at checkout. 

If you live internationally, please contact us at info@elizabethdahl.com and we will help facilitate the international shipment. Typically Global Express Guarantee charges $40.00- $80.00 for 1-3 day delivery, depending on the value of your purchase. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. There are no refunds or exchanges on international orders.

Returns

We want you to love your order! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return for exchange or a full refund within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. If a piece was received as a gift, you may exchange it for credit only. Any custom, made-to-order pieces cannot be exchanged or returned.

In order for us to process the return, you must email us at info@elizabethdahl.com and request a return shipping authorization number. The authorization number must be included with the merchandise returned.  Returns must be exactly the way they were received; unworn and undamaged. We will refund the purchase price of the jewelry, less the shipping charges using a fully insured shipping service. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

You will need to provide us with a tracking number in order for us to process your return. Once your return is received, we will send you an email notifying you that we have your returned item. This email will also confirm that a refund has been issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-8 days for this process.

Please note that your bank may require additional processing time to post this transaction to your account.

Sales Tax

Sales tax in Los Angeles County is 9% and will be applied to all orders shipped within Los Angeles County. Sales tax on all other orders shipped within the state of California will be calculated based on shipping address. There is no sales tax charged to orders shipped out of state or internationally.
